Feldenkrais Method of Movement Education

Barbara McCrea is a Feldenkrais Method practitioner, who trained and worked in London for ten years and has been doing rehab and movement work for the the past ten years in Cape Town. She currently works from the Wynberg Pilates Studio in Cape Town, teaches singers at the University of Cape Town Opera School, undertakes Kinaesthetic training for equestrians and the performing artists and presetns her course on the application of Feldenkrais exercises for latest research into brain plasticity and the learning of new movement patterns.

Barbara has experience in a wide range of body work and regularly teaches Feldenkrais Method courses for the general public in Cape Town and Johannesburg, as well as for physiotherapists, Pilates teachers, massage and exercise therapists.
