This one-day course is aimed at rheumatologists, orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists or other interested parties practicing in musculoskeletal disease who have little or no experience of musculoskeletal ultrasound and who wish to obtain an introduction in musculoskeletal ultrasound skills.

Therapeutic exercise is a cornerstone of musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Significant research in motor control of the musculoskeletal system has emerged over the past decade, highlighting patterns of dysfunction and muscle impairment in pathology found not only in the lumbo-pelvic region, but in the lower limb, cervical spine and scapulo-humeral regions.

Health Care Practitioners are generally excellent at their profession but poor business people with little or no business training or experience. This leaves them vulnerable and to the mercy of who-ever is managing the business side of their practice and who-ever is giving them financial and business advice.

This course is designed to enhance your skills in Pain Management utilizing the principles of Acupuncture and the theories of Chinese Medicine. It is designed for those that want to increase their knowledge of Acupuncture, meridian theory and Pain management.
