I attended Level 1 accreditation with Sarah Key at Kensington Palace last year and it felt like I had been completely re-energised back in love with my job as a physio. I have never had a lecturer so up to date with the latest research material but also resurfacing some older forgotten papers that are now so relevant. Sarah really cares about improving the standard of physiotherapy to help us to improve our skills, with a viva every morning to ensure the previous days teachings were taken on board! thus improving the lives of many back care sufferers. I am now fully accredited in the Sarah Key Method completing level 3 masterclass (and exams) as of March this year and have not looked back. I recommend this course to ALL physio's.

Well I actually had a chance to work the stuff yesterday already! Had a client in the morning, who had been experiencing back spasms last week so did some basic acu pressure massage on him and he told me later that his back was feeling great. Then last night during my class 1 client who has been struggling with some knee pain came to me afterwards. I had a look at where the pain was in the knee then found the exact same spot on the opposite elbow which was very inflamed, again did some basic acu pressure massage which worked really well to release the tension. Appreciate the help and wishing you all the best.

I am so happy with the results!!! I would love to do an advanced or another course with you - please let me know if anything like that arises. Julie
