CLUB PHYSIO'S 'FREE PLACE COMPETITION'

You can win a free CPD course with Club Physio or course fees discount up to a maximum of R2000 or £150 when you register your details on the Club Physio website for the first time between the 1st and 30th of June 2010 (competition extedned from 21st June to 30th June).

• the Club Physio 'free course' competition runs from the 1st of June to midnight on the 30th of June;you must be a new registrant to the club-physio.net website between this period and you must book for the free course of your choice (or appropriate discount) in 2010;
• the successful registrant will win either a free course place or a credit to the maximum value of R2000 or £150 to attend the club physio course of their choice;
• if the winning participant chooses to attend a course which exceeds the R2000 or £150 prize value, then the balance payment will be for the attendees account.
• this offer is open to all health care and rehab practitioners who register their details for the first time on www.club-physio.net between the 1st & 30th of June 2010;
• this offer is only valid for courses in South Africa or the UK  in 2010;
• this offer is not transferable to 2011 and neither is it transferable to a friend, colleague, family member, staff, partner or person other than the winner;
• the cost of the free course cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another party;
• the course must be attended in 2010 and all other expenses such as flights, accom, car rental, meals and transfers etc are for the winning attendees account.
• registration to the club physio website is free;
• the draw for the prize will be made on Thursday the 1st July and the winner will be contacted via the email address or telephone number listed in their club physio website registration details.

REFUND

A full refund is applicable if, due to unforeseen circumstances, a course is postponed, cancelled or cannot go ahead as advertised. All reasonable attempts will be made to inform participants ahead of time via the booking information provided to Club Physio. In most, if not all cases, the postponed course will be re-scheduled to a future date in the current or next calendar year. Bookings will be automatically moved to the new date and a credit to the value of the course payment will be applied. If you are unable to attend the new date then you will be given the opportunity to transfer to another course free of charge

CANCELLATION

If a participant who has paid their course fee cancels their booking, the following refund policy will apply; Cancellation more than 1 month from the course date, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation within 1 month of the course date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. A ‘no show’ will not be eligible for a refund and will result in the forfeit of the course fees.

COURSE TRANSFER

Participants who wish to transfer their paid up bookings to another Club Physio course can do so by paying a R100 transfer admin fee for SA courses or a £10 transfer admin fee (for UK courses) provided there is place on the course they wish to transfer to. Name changes are also permitted for the same fees, ie R100 on SA courses and £10 for UK courses.

PAYMENTS

All course fee payments are Nett payments, in other words all bank deposit / transfer costs / cash payment fees / encashment fees / foreign exchange fees etc are for the participant's cost and must be included in your course fee payment at the time of paying. payment for course must be done ahead of a course runing. Failure to pay your course fees ahead of the course will result in your booking becoming invalid and you will not be permitted to attend the course.

ACCEPTANCE

Completing and submitting an online booking form and payment of your course fees constitutes your acceptance of the course booking and cancellations / refunds / transfer policy.
