Cancellations / Refunds / Transfer Policy
A full refund is applicable if, due to unforeseen circumstances, a course is postponed, cancelled or cannot go ahead as advertised. All reasonable attempts will be made to inform participants ahead of time via the booking information provided to Club Physio. In most, if not all cases, the postponed course will be re-scheduled to a future date in the current or next calendar year. Bookings will be automatically moved to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date then you will be refunded your course fee or given the opportunity to transfer to another course free of charge.
If a participant who has paid their course fee cancels their booking, the following refund policy will apply; Cancellation more than 1 month from the course date, a 10% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation within 1 month of the course date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. A ‘no show’ will not be eligible for a refund and will result in the forfeit of the course fees.
Participants who wish to transfer their bookinge to another Club Physio course can do so by paying a R100 transfer fee for SA courses or a £10 transfer fee (for UK courses) provided there is place on the course they wish to transfer to. Name changes are also permitted for the same fees, ie R100 on SA courses and £10 for UK courses.
All course fee payments are Nett payments, in other words all bank deposit / transfer costs / cash payment fees / encashment fees / foreign exchange fees etc are for the participant's cost and must be included in your course fee payment at the time of paying.
Completing and submitting an online booking form and payment of your course fees constitutes your acceptance of the course booking and cancellations / refunds / transfer policy.
